Take in the town of Bakewell

Bakewell is a town that is full of wonder. There are all kinds of interesting shops that you will want to check out. It is famous for the Blackwell Tart so make sure that you stock up on them. They are simply delicious, and they were actually created by someone when made a mistake in the recipe. You will want to take some back home with you for your loved ones. They will gobble them up.

A must is the Tissington Trail

Having fun on this walking and biking trail is part of the picture. You can rent a bike along the way. The scenery is fantastic, with old bridges and tunnels that will peak your imagination. The route is from Parsley Hay to Ashbourne, along with an old railway. Old steam trains went along the route that you will take.

You will love the Chatsworth House

This house has been voted Britain's best country home. It has received this honour time and time again. Inside this beautiful home, it is filled with sculptures and paintings that will take your breath away. All around the home are fascinating parks and gardens. You will enjoy walks along the Derwent River. All that you will get to experience at the Chatsworth House is worth some picture taking, so make sure your camera is working well.
